150,000 GMail accounts reset. what about yours ?

Apparently, around 150,000 GMail users had trouble logging into their gmail accounts and finally when they were able to log in, everything was reset. All the important/unimportant mails were gone. All chatlogs, everything was gone. It looked like a brand new GMail account with the welcome email (which was unread)

Initial figures were estimated to be over half a million but google explained less than 0.08% of their users were affected by the so called bug, which brought the figures of 150,000

Google is still working on restoring the accounts and so the affected users may still have trouble logging in.

If your account has not been affected yet, and has some important stuff, i suggest you create some back up NOW.
